Celebrate

Identifying and reflecting on your successes is a great way to remind yourself of how far you have come and how much you may have gained along the way.

Your successes can encourage continued work or small changes in your life. Small changes can make a big difference!

Pat yourself on the back and say, “Congratulations! I did it!”

You might even look at yourself and the world a little differently. These are all successes to celebrate!

Your Successes

You may have heard the saying, “When one door closes, another one opens.” In this case, the workshop is coming to an end. Hopefully, it has provided you with new skills, ideas, and supports you can take with you and apply to your life.

Boundaries

A boundary marks the limits of an area, like the lines on a football field or tennis court. When you stay within the boundary, it’s considered fair play. Once you step outside of the boundary, the game stops.

Personal boundaries are similar, except you need to set your own limits. Remember, others may have different boundaries and limits than your own.

Some boundaries are firmly set, while others may be flexible depending on the situation or person.
